The HCW-18 is a double-ended wrench for use on some one-piece crank / bottom bracket systems. One end fits slotted adjusting cones with an outside diameter between 42mm and 44mm. The opposite end fits three-notch fixed cones with an outside diameter between 42mm and 46mm. Heat-treated and nickel plated for a lifetime of use.
