The S-Phyre Flash Gloves are uniquely engineered to prioritize comfort without compromising on aerodynamic efficiency, making them equally suitable for time trials and road races. On the back of the hand, Shimano applied vertical grooves that reduce air resistance better than the horizontal designs commonly used for other racing gloves. Since extended wrist cuffs have only a minor effect on reducing wind resistance, Shimano chose a standard cuff design with fabric aligned to match the natural position of your hands while riding.
