Park Tool's dependable design of the FR-5.2 lockring tool now comes with a 12mm guide pin to stabilise the tool when used with thru axle hubs. It is designed to fit the most common tool fitting found on the 7 to 12 speed cassette lockrings, including models made by Shimano, SRAM and others. It also fits disc brake lockrings and lockring adapters with 12 internal splines. Thin wall construction allows the use without removal of cones and locknuts. The 1 inch hexagonal base can be used in conjuction with a socket, wrench or bench vise. Heat treated alloy tool steel construction for a lifetime of use.
Fits cassette lockrings from Shimano, SRAM (including 1x), SunRace, SunTour, Chris King and others. Fits disc brake lockrings and lockring adapters with 12 internal splines from Shimano and other brands.
